Research tells us that sleep quality is strongly associated with our mood, wellbeing and physical health. Just as we can learn new skills, we can also learn how to improve our sleep. Don’t accept poor sleep as an inevitability. Let us support you to a better sleep.
This 90-minute workshop uses evidence-based methods to improve sleep. You will be introduced to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) principles, the gold-standard treatment for behavioural sleep disorders, which shows comparable short-term and superior long-term effects to sleep medication alone (Morin et al., 2009).

Dr. Elizabeth Landau (PhD, MCouns) is a licensed Psychologist and Research Fellow at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University. She has extensive experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) interventions to a broad range of populations in both clinical and research settings. She provides psychological assessment and intervention for clients in private practice and remains active in research investigating gold-standard treatments for insomnia and sleep disturbance issues.
